Cancellation Policy.

A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is required to secure a booking.

(Bank holidays - full amount of 1st nights stay)

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of cost of 1st nights stay will be charged, as will cancellation of less than 48 hours of arrival unless the room is re-let.
