Cancellation Policy.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of 1st night stay will be charged, as will cancellation of less than 48 hours unless the room is re-let.

A 2 night minimum stay applies some weekends. A 3 night minimum stay applies at bank holiday weekends.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any losses incurred.

Smoking policy.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. If we cannot use a room due to misuse, a cleaning/damage charge and room closure charge will apply until we are able to use the room again.

Reserving a room is a contract and as such you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.
